To build a brotherhood of tall men through consistency in quality, fit and service.

Our story

My dad used to take my brothers and I to our local "Big and Tall" store, where the owner would greet my dad by name.

And while the clothing was usually too big for scrawny teenage boys (and the style certainly wasn’t what the cool kids were wearing) there was a tangible sense of community in that store. The owner, employees, and customers all understood the life of a tall man.

I founded Redwood Tall Outfitters with this brotherhood of tall men in mind. When you shop here, you should feel that same sense of community I felt as a kid at that tall store with my dad. We understand you, we get your frustrations in a world built for the average man. And although Redwood Tall Outfitters is so much more than clothing, we believe you should love the clothes you wear.

We're only a couple of years into this business and we have already learned so much. It is far more difficult to develop apparel than we originally thought, especially when your goal is a perfectly consistent fit!

It's also been difficult finding tall guys and helping them discover our clothing. Our customers have been our greatest asset here; we know tall guys have tall friends, and so many of you have already referred your tall buddies to us. We are so grateful for those referrals, they are vital to the growth of our small business.
