Orders & Shipping

We ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).  Regular orders received before 10PM MDT will be prepared and ready for shipment before 10PM MDT the following business day.  Orders placed after 10 PM MDT or on weekends or holidays, will ship within 2 business days. Please contact us at hello@redwoodtall.com if you have any questions about your order.

*We will make reasonable efforts for the order to be ready for shipment before the day’s carrier pick-up, but as carrier pick-up times vary, we cannot guarantee that the shipment will be ready in time for a carrier’s pickup on the same day an order is placed.

Once your order is processed, you will receive emails to track your order’s journey.

We try to ship orders as soon as possible, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

Yes! We ship almost anywhere in the world. International shipping costs vary by country and order weight and will be calculated at checkout. International sales are final and no returns will be accepted. Many countries have customs, duties & taxes, and/or clearance charges for which you will be responsible. Depending on the location and each country's postal procedures, your order can take up to 4 weeks to arrive. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.  If you have any further questions or concerns about international shipping please contact us.

Yep. Simply type your gift message in your Cart before starting checkout. We'll include a gift receipt with your gift message in the shipment.
