    Holiday Gift Guide 2020

It’s been a weird year. And continuing in the weirdness of all things 2020, I actually finished my Christmas shopping before November. Read why here.

My dad is often the most difficult person to shop for. It’s not that he’s picky or complicated, he just likes what he likes. Do any of you men relate? I can definitely relate.

But here are some gift ideas that I thinkall most men will love, these are all items that I’ve personally used and really enjoy.

Chromecast with Google TV and Netflix Bundle

Google finally brought a remote to the Chromecast experience. For $90, you get the Chromecast with Google TV + 6 months of Netflix.

    Allbirds Men’s Tree Toppers

The most comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned. I love all things Allbirds, but I prefer the Tree Toppers because my feet tend to run warm. You can’t go wrong with anything from Allbirds, though.

    DeWalt Laser Level

We recently completed a mudroom addition to our house. I use any renovation as an excuse to get some new tools, and this was my favorite purchase from this home project. I’m definitely not a pro, but this laser level makes up for my inexperience and saved me several times throughout the course of the project.

    Redwood Tall Dad Hat

Is your guy a hat-wearer? I’ve recently become a hat guy, I’m not exactly sure why. But what I have learned is that I can never have enough hats.

    Diamond J Wagyu Beef

My Husker bias is showing here, but this is some damn good beef (and is relatively affordable for Wagyu). When it comes to steaks, I’m a big fan of thereverse sear method.

Redwood Tall Short Sleeve Tall T-Shirt

Okay another shameless bias here, but this is my favorite shirt. I wear a lot of tees (okay pretty much every day), and our new and improved tall tees are by far my favorite.

    Leuchtturm1917 Notebook

My personal favorite notebook. I have several of these. Even as someone who considers himself a techie, I have yet to go digital with my note taking. So...I use these notebooks for everything.

    Buffalo Trace Bourbon

One of my go-to bourbons, and for good reason -- it’s usually less than $25/bottle! A very well rounded bourbon, soft and sweet.

I will reiterate with some final words of advice here -- get your Holiday shopping done as soon as you can. You won’t be sorry!
